Job Description

As a Housekeeping Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring that every room in our hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coaching a team of housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment to minimize waste and support our sustainability initiatives
  • Refining and preparing budgets to maximize profitability
  • Addressing special requests from guests, VIPs, and repeat visitors
  • Assisting with deep cleaning projects and supporting the team during busy periods

You will also be responsible for educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and knowledge of hospitality industry tools
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
  • A genuine desire to serve both internal and external guests
  • At least 3 years of experience in a rooms-related setting or related field
  • Direct management experience over a housekeeping team
  • The ability to speak the local language
