Hotel Management Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our hotel's operations and ensure exceptional standards of service and cleanliness.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
  • Maintain and order supplies and equipment, minimising waste and supporting our green initiatives.
  • Develop and refine budgets to maximise profitability.
  • Address special requests from guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and support the team during busy periods.
  • Educate team members on compliance with federal, state and local laws and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen and proficiency in business language and tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education qualification in hospitality or related field.
  • A genuine desire to serve both internal and external guests.
  • 3+ years' experience in a rooms-related setting or related field.
  • Direct management experience over a housekeeping team.
  • The ability to speak the local language fluently.
