Job Description

Lending is a key driver of our business, and we are seeking an experienced Lending Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit risk management and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex credit applications from inception to settlement, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications, verifying financial information and making sound credit recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to members, providing expert guidance and support throughout the lending journey.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of credit risk policies and responsible lending practices.


">Requirements

For this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex credit applications, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing the full end-to-end loan application process.
  • FSR Tier 2 – RG146 accreditation and Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking are essential.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, regulatory compliance, and responsible lending practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong member relationships.
