As an Assurance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  2. Conducting assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.">
  3. Monitoring transactions and investigating system-generated alerts to identify risks.">
  4. Executing due diligence and continuous risk oversight on licensees and advisers.">
  5. Performing quality assurance on internal functions to ensure adherence to standards.">
  6. Contributing to the development of risk and quality indicators.">
  7. Driving continuous improvement of our assurance practices to reduce inefficiencies.">

We are looking for someone with a background in risk, compliance, assurance, or audit, with experience managing financial advice/superannuation assurance or audit programs.

You should have a strong understanding of various financial advice business models, fee structures, advice strategies, and products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
