Airworthiness Planning Manager

About This Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in the company's Operational Planning strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying and managing planning systems to ensure operational and production outcomes meet customer requirements.

The job involves integrating all planning activities into the single source of truth in the ERP system, contributing to the Integrated Business Planning process, and leading operational and production planning staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy operational planning strategies and systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Integrate and manage planning activities through the IFS ERP system.
  • Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning process to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
  • Lead operational and production planning staff and activities.
Key Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Operations Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management are essential. A minimum of 5 years' experience in operational or production planning is required, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Experience with complex ERP systems and establishing operational planning systems is highly valued.

A high-performance mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and ability to work within a matrixed organization are essential. Australian citizenship and Defence Security Clearance are desirable.
