Aircraft Technician

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to ensure aircraft airworthiness.

As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance and aviation-related duties in accordance with prescribed aviation standards.

You will work closely with Maintenance Managers to execute tasks, perform holistic task coordination, personnel management, and supervision.

Capture inspections, possess Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief (PBED) principles knowledge, WH&S requirements, Human Factors in Maintenance understanding.

  • B2 MAML DASA issued license
  • Platform specific safety familiarisation course completion
  • Competence assessment on authorised tasks
  • System or component specific courses
  • PBED principles understanding
  • Excellent WH&S knowledge
  • Defence Aviation experience as Independent Inspector
  • Human Factors in Maintenance understanding
  • Tertiary qualifications in Aeroskills - Avionics from recognised institution

Applicant must obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance and may require further information verification for international export control compliance.
