Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in Ballarat as a Sales and Leasing Professional. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients and promoting our services in the commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, list, sell and lease commercial properties across Ballarat.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
  • Conduct inspections and perform other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties.

Requirements:

  • Currently in a commercial or B2B sales role and looking for further opportunities in a new industry.
  • A natural hunter with excellent communication skills.

  • Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate.
