Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Store Maintenance Person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our stores, providing excellent customer service, and performing various tasks as assigned by management.

  • Job Description:
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers, and other duties as assigned.
  • Restock shelves and coolers with merchandise, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level.
  • Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Verify the quality and quantity of delivered products, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Perform yard work, including sweeping, shoveling, painting, and checking gas wells, to ensure a safe and appealing outdoor environment.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively with associates and guests.
  • Able to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
  • Must wear required store uniform.
  • Able to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must attend mandatory meetings.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbs; able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
  • Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist.
  • Able to freely access all areas of the store.
  • Move quickly around store.
