Quality Assurance Position

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Coolaroo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out daily reviews of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in operational areas and externally, as well as conducting internal audits throughout the site.

Daily verification of quality and food safety records is also a key aspect of this role.

The QA Technician will assist with organoleptic assessments and product evaluations, inspect returned stock with quality issues, and report findings.

In addition, they will help investigate customer feedback reports and internal corrective actions, and assist with product traceability and RM inspections for quality.

Maintaining sites' calibration registers for testing and measuring equipment is also an important responsibility of this position.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, HACCP training, and extensive experience in the food industry or in a food safety inspection role.

A high level of computer literacy, including MS Office suite, good analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, reliability, hard work, and self-motivation are also highly valued.
