Key Project Leadership Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Design and Development: Lead project design and development efforts, preparing and presenting proposals to clients
  • Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and effective resource allocation
  • Mentorship and Team Collaboration: Mentor junior staff, conduct site visits, and liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and client interaction
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Revit design software and ability to manage project budgets effectively
  • Leadership Qualities: Possess excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
  • Education: Hold a degree in Architecture and registration with an Australian Architect Registration Board
