About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge home designs, community facilities, and masterplans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for coordinating design reviews, site visits, and documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
  2. In collaboration with suppliers, you will standardize internal and external finishes, fittings, and equipment schedules to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement through operational design briefings and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to WHS procedures and contributing to risk identification and reporting.

About You

  • A strong understanding of tender processes, project documentation, and volume construction principles is essential.
  • Proven experience in coordinating design and construction projects, preferably within community-based masterplans.
  • A solid grasp of residential building methods, design documentation, and relevant codes and regulations (including MHE).
  • Skillful in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and solving problems with confidence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • National Police Check required.
  • Able to work in Australia and provide evidence of working rights.
