This role is key to ensure project delivery excellence in design leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the management of the design team and the timely delivery of project documentation.
  • Review project designs for regulatory and building compliance.
  • Review the design for constructability in collaboration with the construction team and trade subcontractors.

The incumbent in this role will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline - Construction Management / Architecture / Engineering.
  • Prior experience working in the construction industry, particularly with a principal contractor delivering large scale D&C building projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with external consultants to obtain best for project outcomes.

This role requires travel to the project site.
