Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical design strategies to support Defence clients, leveraging global expertise and local knowledge.
  • Drive winning bid development and management, working closely with our Digital Solutions team to bring innovative products to market.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with Defence standards and requirements.
  • Develop and execute project plans, coordinate daily operations, and manage resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose technical solutions and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • Hold or obtain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Baseline Security Clearance or above.
  • Have tertiary qualifications relevant to Engineering, with proven skills in major project delivery and design.
  • Be familiar with Defence and Australian design standards, as well as multi-disciplinary project requirements.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in influencing outcomes and managing external connections.
