Job Description

The role of Visiting Medical Officer in Gastroenterology/Hepatology involves providing high-quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services. This includes participating in teaching, research, quality improvement, and administrative activities under the General Medicine Department.

Key responsibilities include providing expert advice to healthcare professionals, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans for patients with gastroenterological conditions.

The successful applicant will be registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Gastroenterology).
