As a Turf Specialist, you will be key in maintaining and enhancing turf areas ensuring they remain lush, healthy, and resilient. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, this hands-on role involves maintaining and enhancing turf areas, implementing sustainable practices, and delivering exceptional results.
About the Role- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces.
- Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
Key Responsibilities- A passion for turf management, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to environmental sustainability.
- The ability to implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies, and pest management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients.
