Service Management Analyst Role Overview

This role involves providing capture support for various business processes and collaborating with colleagues to coordinate service activities, including gathering information, assessing business impact, documenting root causes, coordinating with resolver teams, and communicating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Additionally, they should possess basic understanding of ITIL V3 processes and principles, as well as basic verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to MIM processes and participate in process-related meetings. They will also facilitate coordination and communication throughout the resolution process.
