Corporate Governance Transformation Specialist
">Job Description:The role involves leading a transformational work program to uplift corporate governance within an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing organizational governance structures and processes, as well as implementing governance frameworks to support the effective operation of boards.
This includes ensuring clear and fit-for-purpose decision-making structures and forums, defining processes to support governance structures, and providing expert advice on governance and accountability matters.
Key Requirements:- Extensive experience in legal, corporate governance, and executive management accountabilities.
- Strong understanding of executive-level committees and delegations, with experience in project delivery environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, governance, or a related field.
