We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Maroondah.
As a skilled clinician, you will focus on delivering high-quality speech pathology services to clients living in Maroondah and surrounding suburbs.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload and providing timely therapeutic supports to ensure positive client outcomes
- Delivering speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community to promote independence and effective communication
- Interpreting findings and formulating treatment goals unique to each client using clinical observations and standardized assessments
- Assessing communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity to inform treatment plans
- Recommending assistive technology solutions to enhance client mobility and independence
- Possess a degree in Speech Pathology and current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to achieve shared goals
- Strive for continuous improvement of practices and outcomes through ongoing professional development and supervision
- Maintain consistent contact with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle for travel between client locations
