Your Opportunity: We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our mobile clinical team, supporting adults in residential aged care and the community.
* Provide dysphagia and communication assessment and intervention for adults.
* Open to permanent part-time (PPT) applicants, with opportunities to support Plena's Speech Pathology Telehealth Clinic.
* Suitable for both recent graduates and experienced clinicians.
You will deliver high-quality mobile Speech Pathology services to adults living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke impairments, progressive neurological disorders, and ageing-related decline.
Your Responsibilities: * Managing your own schedule—choose the work hours and locations that suit you.
* Assessing and diagnosing swallowing and communication difficulties.
* Providing telehealth-based dysphagia and/or communication assessment and intervention.
* Collaborating with a national team of Speech Pathologists.
* Advocating for clients with communication difficulties.
* Working closely with care staff, support coordinators, and Plena colleagues to ensure optimal care.
* Providing consultative and educational support to clients, families, and colleagues.
