OverviewThe Speech Pathology Graduate Program offers onboarding, supervision, and support with a caseload designed to ease you into practice, plus a dedicated buddy and regular technical training to boost your clinical skills and confidence.
What Sets Our Graduate Program ApartA smooth transition: You will have a great onboarding experience, a high level of supervision and ongoing support, and a caseload you can ease in to. You will also have a dedicated buddy to help you settle in and fortnightly technical training to boost your clinical skills and confidence.
Your own mentors: You'll be mentored by an experienced clinician, delivering therapy in clinics, clients' homes and schools, and via telehealth. You'll also have 1-on-1 mentoring with a senior clinician to support your career ambitions for the future.
Connected with the brightest: With over 45 clinics nationally, our teams are well connected so you'll have access to world renowned professionals and learn some of the best minds across Australia.
Collaborate as one: Our close-knit, multi-disciplinary teams inspire an environment of connection and collaboration. You'll work with dedicated Allied Health and client support professionals, collaborating on treatment plans and sharing knowledge to contribute to holistic care for our clients.

You Will Also Have- A degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
- A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
- A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
- A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
