Transformative Healthcare Specialist

This role will involve providing comprehensive HR services and proactive support for various aspects of HR activities.
The successful candidate will operate as a valuable partner, delivering technical and strategic advice across different areas including performance management, recruitment, employee relations, HR programs, and policy.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance on HR policies, compliance, best practices, and risk mitigation
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and deliver strategic initiatives
- Offering HR advice to business leaders and their teams
- Managing complex employee matters and implementing effective resolutions
- Responsible for all aspects of Work Health & Safety and Return to Work
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience working in a similar HR Business Partner role
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and Modern Awards
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity
- People-first mindset with an engaging style and adaptability
- Interest and experience in Workplace Health and Safety
- Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Knowledge of global mobility and relocation procedures (desirable)
