Role Overview
The Australian Submarine Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the coordination of capability enablers within the Nuclear Powered Submarine Program.
This role will involve managing a team of analysts who will facilitate the integration of critical enablers into the program, ensuring their work is scheduled, risks captured and costs understood and embedded in core program management artefacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of program management specialists to engage with key enabling areas and ensure their work is integrated into the program's core artefacts.
- Exercise sound decision making and judgement to ensure capability enabler integration within the NPS Program.
- Organise and manage work against deadlines and proactively engage with stakeholders to support senior executive decision-making in the Program.
