The Australian Submarine Agency is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative-minded Program Management Specialist to support the delivery of the NPS Program.

As the Assistant Director Enabler Capability Coordination, you will oversee a team of analysts who facilitate capability management support to key enabling areas within the ASA. This includes workforce, information knowledge management, policy, and nuclear-related disciplines.

Key responsibilities include managing a multidisciplinary team to engage with ASA's key enabling areas, ensuring their work is integrated into the Program's core program management artefacts. You will exercise sound decision-making and judgement to ensure capability enabler integration within the NPS Program.

The ideal candidate will be accountable under broad direction and possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. They will be able to organise and manage work against deadlines and proactively engage with stakeholders to support senior executive decision-making in the Program.
