About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Reviewer to assess the retail experience of various outlets. As a reviewer, you will pose as a customer, observe the store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness, and then complete a survey online about your experience.

This role is ideal for individuals with an eye for detail, good memory, reliable, great communication skills, and access to the internet. The number of assignments offered depends on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. You will be working independently and should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
