Datacenter Solutions Sales Manager

Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Solutions Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability in the commercial space through Business Partners.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive Datacenter Infrastructure solutions revenue and profits in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key ISG pre-sales and sales staff in Business Partners and promote the One Lenovo Datacentre Brand value proposition.
- Cultivate large ISG deals with Business Partners and drive them to closure with support from cross-functional teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with executives and influencers in assigned partners.
- Establish trust and confidence with channel partners and customers through consultative selling.
- End-to-end ownership of channel ISG opportunities, including opportunity identification, creation, progression, and closure.
- Plan and execute partner marketing activities relevant to ISG, including promotions and incentives.
- Ensure Business Partners' compliance with Lenovo standards of business conduct and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology and process engagements.
- Develop a sales and technical community amongst top-tier partners and improve Lenovo solutions knowledge amongst key contacts.
- Understand and document each partner's solution capability and identify opportunities for product fit.
- Minimum 10 years of successful track record in channel sales or direct sales experience in the IT market.
- Good communication skills and knowledge of current data center technology trends.
- Awareness of the partner ecosystem in the country.
- Experience in Backup solutions, End-point Security, Enterprise Datacentre products, HCI, ARS, HPC, Cloud (public & hybrid).
- Ability to build and manage a strong partner network.
- Strong program development and execution skills.
- Ability to multi-task, research, and analyze different situations.
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- High level of customer focus.
