Key Commercial Project Delivery Role

Amida-Jobadder is seeking an experienced commercial specialist to join their professional team in Perth, Australia.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will support commercial project delivery across the Defence portfolio, partnering with Line Managers and Project Managers in developing and delivering on commercial strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert commercial advice to project and tender teams
  • Performing in-depth commercial analysis and modelling during the tender process
  • Supporting contract negotiations and assisting in the transition of successful tenders to live projects
  • Undertaking contractual management of projects to maximise commercial outcomes and performance
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leading negotiations with customers, subcontractors and suppliers

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Law
  • Minimum 5 years+ contracts/procurement experience, ideally in the Defence sector
  • Formal training in Commercial/Contract Management desirable
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with senior management, stakeholders and partners

This is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work on challenging projects.
