Job Title: Communication Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Communication Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing, drafting, and publishing content and campaigns across services lines and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • External communications: Assist in editing, drafting, and publishing content and campaigns that promote the firm's visibility.
  • Internal communications: Help prepare and distribute staff communications that promote team updates and celebrate success.
  • Client experience and BD support: Assist the Business Development and client experience teams to update and develop content that supports the client journey and business development goals.
  • Project coordination: Coordinate communication activities that support client engagement and promote the firm's visibility.
  • Events and sponsorships: Support content opportunities around events and sponsorships to nurture relationships and amplify impact.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundational writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience working with content marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
