Cinema Operations Manager

Job Title:
A Cinema Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Gold Class cinema location. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring staff are trained to company standards, and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the cinema, including food and beverage delivery, stock ordering, and presentation.
- Training and development of team members to achieve company standards.
- Implementation of national programs and local area marketing initiatives.
- Maximising sales through effective product knowledge and promotion.
- Maintenance of accurate records, including cash handling, supplier invoices, and stock takes.
- Development of a high-performing team by providing leadership, guidance, and recognition.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Certification in RSA and First Aid, with qualifications in business or hospitality an advantage.
