Key Responsibilities- Empower staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage revenue streams, budgeting, and forecasting
- Implement process improvements for customer satisfaction and experience
- Lead daily operations to achieve profitability and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain adherence to human resources (HR), workplace health and safety (WHS), and risk management policies
- 5 years of leadership experience in a similar industry
- Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to driving business forward
- Results-driven individual comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- Familiarity with audio-visual equipment desirable
- Highly motivated individual able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with customers, employees, and stakeholders
