Role Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an EVT Entertainment cinema, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enhance customer service activities to meet company standards
  • Assist the General Manager in controlling daily operations, including movie session scheduling and location presentation and cleanliness
  • Provide support and assistance to the Duty Manager and team members to achieve business objectives
  • Analyse Operating Statements and daily performance reports to inform business decisions
