Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans and schedules
  • Lead teams of electricians, trades assistants, and subcontractors in collaborative environments
  • Proactively monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement effective solutions
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and achievements
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects
  • Contribute to business growth through supplier and client engagement, identifying opportunities for expansion and development
  • Work effectively across office and site environments, balancing administrative tasks with hands-on project involvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as PROCORE and Microsoft Project, and a solid understanding of electrical and construction industry standards
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project or Construction Management are highly desirable
