Role Overview

The Australian Building Codes Board is a key entity within the Housing Group in Treasury.

As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for leading the Office and managing its staff, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing finances to deliver and maintain the National Construction Code.

You will also oversee supporting capabilities and lead the delivery of a significant work program for the Board, including developing and delivering regulatory impact assessments, managing expert technical committees, and conducting public consultation.

  • Manage the work program to deliver and maintain the NCC.
