Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and the broader leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Assistant, providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and promoting the vision and values of the organization
  • Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to CEO and General Managers
  • Managing executive office diary, arranging meetings and travel, preparing reports and papers
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance and license registers
  • Undertaking special projects in consultation with executive management
  • Coordinating the Community Donations Program
  • Ensuring the Executive Office runs smoothly and efficiently

Key skills and personal requirements include:

  • Excellent personal presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • High-level computer skills with experience working with Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to compile professional presentations and meeting papers
  • Experience working with boardroom videoconferencing and office IT systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative
