As a conversations expert, you will be responsible for developing each qualified opportunity to pass to your team of Account Executives and Relationship Managers. You will also learn and understand the fundamentals of successful SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities- Pursue various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate contact with potential customers and generate sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Relationship Managers to map organizations and organize prospecting campaigns
- Qualify prospects, assess their needs, and present our value proposition
- Present and hand-over qualified inbound and outbound opportunities to Account Executives and Relationship Managers
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- A vast user base (300+ million) who love Mentimeter, resulting in a high Net Promoter Score
- Professional CRM and data gathering services (Salesforce, Salesloft, Looker, Google Analytics, Intercom etc.) for advanced analytics and segmentation
- World-class product-led sales motion from the Marketing and Product teams
- Marketing and Sales teams to support analysis and tactics
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience assessing business opportunities using data for informed decisions
