This position involves the implementation of case management for individuals in need of protection services. The Case Worker will directly support women and girls, as well as other vulnerable individuals, with psychological and social concerns.
- The role requires working collaboratively with a team to identify and register clients requiring case management intervention.
- The Case Worker will collect information on cases eligible for case management services and develop intervention plans in accordance with established procedures.
- They will also compile summaries of cases containing relevant details, for presentation to the documentation team for review and decision-making.
- Work plans will be created with each client, including their needs, objectives, and main goals.
- The Case Worker will design case intervention plans with clients, which aim to enhance their capacity and alleviate vulnerability by accessing services.
- These plans will be implemented by providing translation and hand-holding beneficiaries, as needed.
- The position necessitates undertaking follow-up on cases to ensure that needs are met and satisfaction levels are appropriate.
- The Case Worker will maintain organized files and update the database regularly.
- Internal reports will be provided on weekly and monthly achievements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing case management services for individuals in need of protection.
- Developing and implementing intervention plans in accordance with established procedures.
- Compiling and presenting case summaries to the documentation team.
- Collaborating with clients to create work plans and achieve their goals.
- Providing translation and hand-holding services to beneficiaries, as needed.
