Job Role

  • The position necessitates undertaking follow-up on cases to ensure that needs are met and satisfaction levels are appropriate.
  • The Case Worker will maintain organized files and update the database regularly.
  • Internal reports will be provided on weekly and monthly achievements.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Implementing case management services for individuals in need of protection.
  2. Developing and implementing intervention plans in accordance with established procedures.
