We are seeking a skilled Landscape Project Manager to lead our structural landscaping projects.

About the Role
  • Oversee various landscaping projects, including retaining walls, paving, decking, and pergolas.
  • Interpret landscape plans and blueprints to ensure precise project execution.
  • Manage on-site operations, scheduling, material orders, and quality control.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery safely.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Train and support team members in a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project progress.
  • Maintain accurate project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar supervisory role in landscaping (4+ years).
  • Cert 3 in Structural Landscaping and Construction.
  • Expertise in structural landscaping techniques and materials.
  • Able to accurately read and interpret landscape plans.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
