Job Title: Landscape Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team.

Job Description

Our company is a leading provider of landscape construction services, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients. As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landscape construction teams, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating logistics, and supervising subcontractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are handled efficiently and effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, with experience in managing teams and leading projects from start to finish. You will also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and supervise subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Coordinate logistics and resources to minimize delays and costs
  • Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • Driver's license - manual
  • White card
  • First Aid & CPR
  • WWCC or willingness to obtain
  • Cert III Landscape Construction or equivalent
Desirable Skills
  • VOCs and truck licenses
  • Windows and Aconex experience
  • Understanding of project management tasks
