Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Care Coordinator for Community Health. In this role, you will work with clients in their homes, schools, or workplaces, providing assessments and interventions to promote independence and optimal functioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Australian university
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
