  • We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to work collaboratively with our leadership team and hiring managers as well as the existing Recruitment team to support the delivery of our recruitment service across the organisation.
  • The Care Services Specialist will work closely with the leadership team and hiring managers to focus on recruitment solutions and building talent acquisition strategies, processes and capabilities for the business.
  • In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to provide end-to-end recruitment of organisational roles and coordinate recruitment activities including advertising and attracting suitable candidates through multiple forums.
  • Identify future hiring needs and develop strategies/solutions, remain up-to-date on the requirements of the various positions in the organisation and relevant legislation.
  • Answer enquiries from potential candidates and the general public about working for Respect, the current job vacancies, and/or the status of an application.
  • Assist with the on-boarding of candidates including confirmation of classification and relevant entitlements in accordance with Respect's Industrial Instruments.
  • Interpret customer needs while demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of the diversity of Respect business units.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment related policies, procedures and systems within the organisation.
