Job Title: Skillful Technicians Wanted

Vestas is a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, and we're looking for skilled technicians to join our service team.

The successful applicant must hold a recognized trade certificate and have relevant experience working with HV/LV, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include undertaking scheduled service and reactive maintenance on an as-needed basis, responding to site outside normal working hours, and maintaining all company vehicles and plant and equipment in good clean condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake scheduled service and reactive maintenance on an as-needed basis
  • Respond and attend site outside normal working hours
  • Maintain all company vehicles and plant and equipment in good clean condition
  • Operate HV and LV within limits of training and authorization

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Electrical trade certificate
  • Full clean driving license
  • Literate with PC & modern technologies
  • Able to read/interpret technical drawings
  • Knowledge of PLC and/or SCADA systems
  • Motivation to learn new skills and thrive in a growing industry
  • Understanding of safety principles
  • Proficient in the use of various hand tools
  • Strong communicational skills
