About the Role

Our four-year apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with hands-on training and guidance from experienced tradespeople. You'll gain a nationally accredited trade certificate through a registered training organization.

As part of our program, you'll receive necessary tools, TAFE accommodation, and additional support if required. Your roster will be Monday to Friday, working a 9-day fortnight.

  • Supporting the reliability and safety of our fixed plant operations by learning to maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as crushers, conveyors, and pumps.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with inspecting and maintaining fixed plant machinery.
  • Learning to diagnose faults and performing mechanical repairs.
  • Supporting preventative maintenance activities.
  • Maintaining workshop housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Attending TAFE and completing formal training requirements.
  • Committing to maintaining health, safety, and security standards.
  • Demonstrating behaviors aligned with our company values.
About You

We're looking for a hands-on individual with a genuine interest in mechanical systems and a strong commitment to safety. You should have completed or be completing year 12 and hold a current driver's license. You'll be eager to learn, work safely, and contribute to a team that values excellence and respect.
