Electrician Apprentice

This four-year apprenticeship program focuses on providing hands-on training and expert guidance in the electrical trades.
As an apprentice, you will contribute to the reliability and safe operation of our facilities by performing electrical maintenance site-wide, adhering to industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a strong safety culture through active caring and accountability
- Complete risk assessments and comply with safety systems and procedures
- Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including IT networks and communication systems
- Attend formal training and complete coursework requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance and shutdown repairs on high and low voltage infrastructure
- Identify defects and provide detailed feedback on work orders
- Support maintenance planning and contribute to equipment upgrades
- Maintain schedule compliance and promote maintenance best practices
- Completed or currently completing Year 12 education
- Current driver's license
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and computer literacy
