- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and ensure consistency across sites and divisions scope.
- Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data and trends, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Strategic Partnerships: Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new and existing customers.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience working within a service industry, with a minimum of 2 years of National Account Management experience.
- Skillset: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, high-level commercial and negotiation skills, and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Culture Fit: Understanding of direct selling culture and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
