About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Enforcement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing complaints and intelligence to inform investigation recommendations. You will also conduct investigations and undertake compliance activities, engaging with stakeholders to achieve productive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess complaints and assess risk to identify areas of non-compliance
  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected breaches of regulations
  • Engage with key stakeholders to share findings and develop recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of investigations and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in regulatory enforcement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
