Strategic Enforcement Manager

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the development and implementation of key strategies, policies and procedures for effective regulation and enforcement.
- Leading high performing teams to deliver agreed outcomes through building and maintaining appropriate capabilities and skill sets.
- Exercising complex professional judgement in Enforcement matters.
- Contributing to the achievement of strategic goals.
- Representing in external forums and liaising with stakeholders in building/maintaining networks.
The Director, Enforcement will drive the creation and execution of key initiatives, providing expert advice to senior management.
Duties Include:- Developing and implementing key strategies, policies and procedures.
- Providing expert guidance on Enforcement matters.
- Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
- Representing at industry events/conferences.
In this role, you will leverage your knowledge/experience in Regulatory Compliance, Investigations, Enforcement and civil litigation to drive impact.
Requirements:- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas: Regulatory Compliance, Investigations, Enforcement and civil litigation.
- Tertiary Qualifications - qualifications in law, finance, justice or similar fields desirable but not essential.
