- New Product Launches: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to support new product launches and feature enhancements ensuring alignment from awareness through adoption and retention
- Internal Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to obtain in-depth expertise of partner needs, business insights, and market trends to create effective marketing programs
- Competitive Research: Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Customer Insights: Manage research initiatives on customer needs, beliefs, mindsets, and decision-making processes to inform and improve existing programs
- Messaging Architecture: Support the development of compelling messaging architecture, product positioning, and use cases across our portfolio
- Buyer Personas: Develop and maintain buyer and user personas understanding their needs, behaviors, and decision-making process
