Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Claims Advisor to manage a diverse portfolio of claims from inception through to resolution. This pivotal role involves investigating liability, analysing medical and rehabilitation data, assessing claim values, and negotiating settlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigating liability and analysing medical and rehabilitation data to assess claim values.
  • Negotiating settlements with solicitors in line with legislative, regulatory and procedural guidelines.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of claims from inception through to resolution.
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge and experience in handling CTP or personal injury claims.
  • Tertiary qualifications, including Legal, Allied Health or Insurance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and technical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
