Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Medical Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team in North Lismore.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Registering patient information into the Apollo Laboratory Information Management System (LIS)
- Accurately inputting and correctly correlating specimen documentation, related patient or test information and the macroscopic and microscopic transcription of results into the LIS within the appropriate time frame
- Liaising with referring medical providers to verify and communicate information regarding reports or patient episodes
- Answering general enquires from patients and clinicians and managing procedural bookings
- Performing administrative tasks and maintenance of patient filing system
