Temporary Medical Receptionist Role

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to fill a temporary assignment in Lismore, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments for new and existing patients
  • Data entry of patient details
  • Making patient claims to Medicare
  • General medical administration duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a medical receptionist or similar role
  • Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle high call volumes
  • Accuracy and proficiency in using computers and medical software
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
