Senior Communications Professional

We are seeking a skilled communications professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality strategic communication services. The ideal candidate will have approximately 7–10 years of experience in media, corporate affairs, government relations, or stakeholder engagement.

The Senior Communications Manager will be responsible for contributing to the development of communications strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and issues management frameworks. They will help identify reputational risks and recommend communication approaches aligned to client goals.

This is a mid-senior level role that requires a proactive, solutions-focused communicator who can deliver measurable outcomes for clients. The successful candidate will take initiative, work independently, and uphold our high standards in all client and internal work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the day-to-day project lead for client work, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client contacts and ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to provide clear, confident advice and hands-on delivery.

Requirements:

  • Leadership -Ability to manage multiple client projects with competing priorities. Work as team member and leader, mentoring less experienced staff
  • Thinking & insights - Sound judgment and experience in managing reputational issues and promoting opportunities.
  • Communication - Strong communication and writing skills across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Management -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
